STD: Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease (std), which means you get it by having sex with someone who has it. If your husband is your only sexual partner, then you got it from him. In men, infection with chlamydia can occur without any symptoms, so men may not know they have it. Regardless, of symptoms or test results, if you have chlamydia, your husband needs treatment also.
