You may: Have had more than one follicle, it may be a normal corpus luteum cyst. What matters is if you ovulated which can be tested with an ovulation predictor kit. Make sure you are going through your process with the least amount of scans and expense. A blood Progesterone in the second half of the cycle can also tell if u ovulated. Good luck.
