Preventing Pregnancy: Yes. And no. "coitus interuptus' leads to pregnancy. This is very well known given that pre-cum has the same concentration of sperm in it. A sperm does what it is supposed to do which is to find the egg and impregnate it. Condoms, if used correctly, are a very good and common form of birth control.
