A member asked:

Maybe got hpv from using somebodys dildo. did she have hpv or cervical cancer?

Unlikely: It is very unlikely to get hpv from an inanimate object. It is only transmitted through genital-genital or oral-genital contact. Hpv is the virus that causes cancer of the cervix (as well as cancer of the penis, anus, throat, vagina and vulva and genital warts). There are vaccines available that both young women and men should get to prevent hpv infection.

Probably just HPV: Hpv is sexually transmitted. The original user of the dildo in all likelihood, has hpv, especially if the dildo has been your only sexual encounter. It is not possible to know, from the available information, if she has cervical cancer.
