How do we know if the health files were sent? do we get a reciept?

Medical Records: Hello, we obtain and send records on a daily basis. When we are asked to send records, the request is batched for one of our office workers to perform on a weekly basis unless an urgent request is made. I would suggest you call the office you are requesting your records from and politely ask an office worker. With so many new requests of medical offices, our workers are very busy and work hard.
