Can a not so cleansed colon cause your belly to stick out? and what would be home ways to cleanse your colon?

Not typically: The colon is about 3-5 foot long & not usual cause of distended abdomen except when markedly distended from air, fluid and feces if obstructed (bowel obstruction) or paralyzed (after surgery or from medications). The small bowel is longer at 18-24 feet & if obstructed can cause distention but quite painful with nausea & surgical emergency. Boating from small bowel is more modestoverweight likely.
