Not likely scenario: Parasitic worms uncommon in general in western countries without history of travel to underdeveloped countries, ingestion of raw/uncooked seafood (sushi) or undercooked pork etc. If your ova & parasite tests were negative on three samples & don't have risk factors listed unlikely you have a parasite. You list Mebendazole as a medication taking so have been treated. Bowel cleanse not likely benefit.
