Trigeminal neuralgia: Hello, i'm not sure what 1100 3x/day means. What medication? Do you mean 1100 mg? We will need to know what you are taking. Dilantin should help with a medication for breakthrough pain. A visit to a neurologist or possibly a nuerosurgeon can perform a procedure to instantly remove this pain.
