No: Geodon (ziprasidone) is an antipsychotic. While sedation may be a side effect, it's not a medication used to treat insomnia. See your psychiatrist, and get your psychiatric issues stable/controlled. If you still have insomnia after that then referral to a sleep specialist may be in order, where a more thorough intake will determine the next best course of action (e.g. Cbt-i, etc).
