I'm in remote tropics, and i woke up with evenly bumpy skin all over my body, especially noticeable on the inside of my arms. what could it be?

Many possibilities.: The most common, statistically, are viral illness, drug reaction, and allergy to something you ate or inhaled. If it is severe enough to cause you concern, or if you are also sick, or running a fever, see a doctor and make sure it is not something significant.
