Educate: Educate yourself about it. Ask questions. Discuss your fear with your physician and im sure your physician will try to put you at ease. Dont be afraid to discuss your fears with your physician and they will answer your questions and tell yo more about the procedure and maybe why you shouldnt be afraid. Everything has risks and benefits, is the risk of not getting it more fearful then the benefit?
