MD: Definitely md. Pa are just physician assistants. They not trained to make their own decisions or diagnosis. . But obviously less years of education. There's a big difference in salary too.

Consider college: In order to become an M.D. You have to complete college and then graduate from medical school. At age 19 one should consider a college education. Decisions about pa or md can come later.
