Probably nothing: That should not be a problem. You should be able to remove the condom with one or two fingers, or your partner could do it for you. It really cannot become stuck or lodged on or in anything inside the vagina.

Condom: Should probably seek help from a gynecologist.

Nothing unless . . .: Condoms can't get stuck inside you since they're soft & shapeless w/o penis inside. Your vagina doesn't go on forever & ever so just reach inside & pull it out (i assume it slipped off during fun). Then consider Plan B (emergency contraception). Of course, if you leave it inside, then we worry about infection & pregnancy. If you can't find it, go see your doc. But it really shouldn't be difficult.

Remove: But it is important to get it out, lest it set up a site for infection.

Slipped off: Consider yourself as unprotected...Get Plan B and use it according to directions. Likely you can remove the condom.

Stuck condom: Hello, a "stuck condom" is a vaginal foreign body and may cause infection. See your family doctor or obgyn doc for a complete examination with possible foreign body removal.
