Generally no: The most important to relate is how many weeks are you pregnant and the amount of m ed you are taking , basically the firt trimester is dangerous with the high content of alcohol this syrups have , drink the amount prescribed and no more.

Not the best choice.: Talk to your gynecologist. Nyquil contains both alcohol & dextromethorphan (dxm) which are not good for your developing baby.
