Stimulant x-reaction: Methylphenidate (ritalin) may cross-react with the amphetamine screen in a urine or saliva drug test. Urine samples may be sent for confirmation testing, which should separate Ritalin (methylphenidate) from the other stimulants. But it will cost more to get confirmation than the drug screen costs.
