Need a little help: Normal bowel frequency varies from 1 every 3-4 days to 3-4 movements per day. Many "normal" people alternate their stool pattern within this range. Given the nonspecific nature of your question, it would be helpful to hear why you are considering an enema (& with what contents). Be aware enemas are NOT recommended for casual "cleansing", weight loss, or recreational use AND sometimes cause harm.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
