A member asked:

Why should you not use travocort in creases of skin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Corticosteroid atrop: Superpowerful cortisone can thin the skin out and cause atrophy which can be so severe that the skin actually tears in these areas. If you were told not to use a cortisone in body folds, then listen up! do not use something in an area where you were told not to. This is a great recipe for bad trouble.
