when an egg is being fertilized when you become pregnant, do you have cramps?

Occasionally: Some women will have cramps or pain that lasts a few hours to 1-2 days at the time of ovulation. A few women have said they cramped with conception, though most women don't.

It is not likely that there are any symptoms related directly to the moment of conception.
