Can a sinus infection cause blurry vision?

Possible extension: A true peri-orbital sinus infection (versus congestion or inflammation) may extend to the orbital region causing a peri-orbital cellulitis. Typically seen with maxillary sinus infections. I would recommend a visit to your provider to be sure it is not an extension of the infection versus secondary effects from the medication you are taking or other more benign side effects.
