Definitely: Sinuses suround the eye socket. Infection or allergic symptoms can translate to tear film inconsistency resulting in visual blur. Fogginess is secondary to sinus congestion which impeeds lymphatic flow. Headaches can result. Decrease or better yet refrain from smoke environments. Humidifiers help. Good luck!
