What is a normal pth and calcium level?

Varies: The normal range for calcium in most labs is 8.6 to 10.3, though some labs have a lower upper range. Pth levels are typically normal between 10 and 65 pg/ml, but also can vary. Pth regulates the calcium level, so there are many people (especially if vit d deficient) with low normal calcium levels who have high PTH levels (secondary hyperparathyroidism).

Normal calcium PTH: PTH 12-88 or 12-65 depending on the lab. Total calcium is 8.5-10.2, again depends on the lab. Ionized calcium is 1.15-1.33.
