Depends on disease: If you are asking what other similar medications (steroids) can be used there are several options such as medrol (methylprednisolone). If you are asking can you stop steroids completely and substitute another treatment - this is often but not always possible. It depends on your diagnosis. I suggest you discuss this with your doctor.
