Not clear...: Mosquito bites will be raised and red, and sometimes may look a slightly pale around the raised part; this is normal. If you have rings of red with areas of white or fleshy color in between (like a target), this could be more serious reaction. If you are concerned, it is best to see your doctor so they can evaluate your symptoms first-hand.
