If left untreated, how long does a person have to live with colon and lymph node cancer?

Can't tell: ...But if the cancer has not spread beyond the lymph nodes, it is still curable. We respect patient's decisions regarding treatment choices but i wonder why someone in these circumstances would prefer to go untreated. If this is about you, please think about it well.
