Can i use pataday if i have a stye?

Not really: Pataday is for allergy. Stye is inflammation of oil gland that is occluded from dust and debris. Antibiotic combined with steroid will help. The most useful help is heat pack over the lids and baby shampoo wash the eye lashes.

Yes: You may use Pataday while you have a stye, but it won't help with the stye. Treatment for a stye is warm compresses and sometimes surgical drainage if not improving.
