Pain abdomen: Starts off with nausea, vomiting and right lower quadrant abdominal pian. May have associated fever as well. Pain may be excruciating.

Pain: Initial stage will have pain around belly button, then pain moves to right lower part of abdomen, will lose appetite, may have nausea and vomiting some low grade temperature, hope by this time will seek the help of a physician before the dangerous complications sets in.
