Allergy,fungus,eczem: It can be caused by a fungus infection, eczema involving hand and feet, a variant of psoriasis, an allergy to chemicals that you are coming n contact. It could lso be unusual reaction to a drug.If over he counter creams do not help, see dermatologist.
