A member asked:

Infection or bleomycin fever, how can i tell?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bleomycin fever is s: Bleomycin fever is short lived, lasting 12-24 hour after drug injection and then it does not come back. Patient will have a normal WBC count, infection will make the WBC count to go up high and fever will continue beyond 24 hours. So it is not hard to tell the difference between these 2 possibilities.
