When does your ear become unclogged after taking debrox?

Cerumen Impaction: Debrox is a form of peroxide prescribed by your doctor as drops to be used in your ears twice daily for up to 4 days to soften the impacted cerumen to allow drainage. If not draining by 4 days, see your doctor to have the cerumen flushed. Do not insert any object, including cotton-tip applicator into your ear.

Ear: Good question. the debrox actually makes the ear more clogged. The OTC earwax methods dont really work so suggest you see your doctor or an ENT to have the wax removed
