Yes: Although it may have anchovies in it and egg, both of thise things are highly likely to be safe in the quantities that come in a dressing. I would be a little surprised if each applebees made their own dressing with each salad, which might increase the risk of problems somewhat, but you could ask if they do the next time you go to be sure.
