Can my vagina swell because of allergies?

Possibly: It depends. Sexual activity can cause vaginal swelling independant of allergies, but you can actually have an allergic reaction to seminal fluid/semen. Additionally, swelling reactions whether caused by allergic reactions or not, commonly affect the vaginal region. This is definitely something that should be discussed and evaluated with an allergist.
