Yes: Schizophrenia is associated with an inability of maintaining reality. The latter is a form of autism that is a developmental disorder of unkown cause.

Schizophrenia: Involves symptoms that asperger's doesn't. With schizophrenia, there are delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech and/or negative symptoms that are not present with asperger's.
