Angiomas?: If they really are blood blisters, they are due to trauma. But you might have angiomas, which are little cherry red bumps - basically moles made of blood vessels. They are harmless. But if there is any doubt as to what they are, let a dermatologist look at them personally and give you a precise diagnosis.
