Yes: High caloric burn rate and a floor machine which could be safer for those patients who suffer balance issues. But need to have good strength in arms, and postural integrity to do the exercise rowing. However, if MS is under good control, this would be a terrific aerobic exercise to complement your disease modifying therapy.
