Best to avoid.: This area of the body is very vascular allowing it to heal well. If you have a yeast infection – then use of an antifungal medication for tears would be appropriate. If you were to use neosporin it may lead you to becoming sensitive to the medication. It might also irritate the delicate tissues. If you have blisters get checked for a possible std.
