No: A UTI will not affect the results of a pregnancy test. The pregnancy test checks for the hormone HCG and a urinary tract infection would have no effect on whether or not your body is producing hcg.

Pregnancy test: The pregnancy test is still accurate. It is not affected by infection in your urine because it tests for beta HCG, a hormone released by pregnancy, not an infection.
