What does it mean when you have a head ache and veins pop out?

Where : Do veins popped out? U did not mention anatomical site. Are u talking about veins in the temple, forehead? Sometimes during severe headaches i may accept that veins above mentioned my bulge more due to dilate blood vessels veins included. The best would be if u could show yourself during a headache to your family doctor. Also if the headaches are totally new i would certainly pay him/her a visit.
