No: Lucid dreaming just means that you are aware you are dreaming and therefore make an attempt to control said dream content. It can't lead to a coma.

Highly unlikely: Lucid dreaming is a naturally occurring experience but intentional lucid dreaming in the early studies left some people unable to tell whether they were awake or asleep--very bad. Warning article in Principles & Practice of Sleep Medicine. I strongly recommend against intentionally trying to create lucid dreams
