No: If you had your period you are not pregnant, hence no implantation. If you start a period, pregnancy did not happen the month before.

No: To have actual 'implantation bleeding' you'd need to have gotten pregnant ('implanted', ) if you are pregnant you cannot have a period.

A 22-year-old female asked:

Does implantation bleeding occur 2weeks before period?

No: More like 5-7 days before the due date for the period. Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Can implantation bleeding occur the last day of a period?

Unlikely: Implantation occurs on average 9 days after ovulation and fertilization. It can happen as early as 6 days after ovulation or up to 12 days after ovulation. Your menstrual cycle (period) usually starts 12-14 days after ovulation, if your egg was not fertilized. Thus, if you are menstruating it is usually a sign that you are not pregnant.
A 16-year-old female asked:

How do you know your having implantation bleeding? And when does it occur?

Likely breakthrough: It's almost never implantation bleeding, that is largely an internet myth. If - a big if - you actually get implantation bleed it would be about 6-7 days after ovulation, or about a week before your expected period. Good luck!
