What does pinched nerve neck pain feel like?

Variable: You could have varying degrees of neck or shoulder/arm/chest pain, weakness, numbness, or tingling.

It can feel like : Several things but typically it will be a pain shooting down an arm from neck, with or without neurologic symptoms like numbness , tingling &/or weakness and may have increased pain with coughing/sneezing and worse with activity and better with rest.
