It can feel like : Several things but typically it will be a pain shooting down an arm from neck, with or without neurologic symptoms like numbness , tingling &/or weakness and may have increased pain with coughing/sneezing and worse with activity and better with rest. It may be associated with neck pain, headache in the back of the head &/or shoulderblade pain. Most get better? See your physician for evaluation
