Stimulants: They contain stimulants like caffeine and GABA which increase metabolism of birth control pills and make the pills less effective. You will need a higher dose birth control pill to work effectively to prevent pregnancy.

None that I know of: I can find no evidence that there is anything in these supplements that would change the effectiveness of birth control pills. Your best bet is to talk to your pharmacist, who will have a computer program on interactions, and knows what particular kind of birth control you are on. In general, they are your best advisors on such things (or the prescribing physician).
