Their energy drinks: claim that, but energy drinks do not have to prove their claims. They are not drugs, and are not regulated as drugs, but are considered in the category of food supplements, and really only have to prove that they are reasonably safe. They mostly have vitamins (which really don't give you energy unless you are deficient in specific ones) and lots of caffeine. Good diet, rest, exercise are better.
