Yes: Removal of your uterus will not affect your ability to breastfeed. However, you may not feel comfortable doing so post-operatively. So discuss timing & necessity w/your surgeon. Perhaps you can postpone an elective operation until you've weaned your baby.

Yes: Just check with your anesthesiologist to see how long you should "pump and dump" breast milk for. Depending on what anesthesia he uses, times vary. Usually a few hours up to a day. Good luck.

Yes you can.: You might want to pump & freeze now so post-op. Few days( you might not feel like/pain medicine side effects etc.) you can use it.
