Exercise: And develop a hobby and get a network of friends. That will help you a lot. Eat healthy and maintain a healthy weight. You will be so busy you won't have time to be anxious ! you need a good therapist also as a fallback to be there for you.

Vitamins worthless: Vitamins will have no benefit in treating anxiety. My advice is to see a psychologist or psychiatrist and have the anxiety treated with something that actually has a chance of providing benefit.

Try these: A good b complex vitamin, omega-3, &vitamin d. Also, it can really help to lower stress & change life style things that are harming you. To figure out what might be problems, talking with a therapist can keep you on track. These may be better than starting off with a rx - good for you! here's a link: http://www.Womentowomen.Com/depressionanxietyandmood/anxiety.Aspx.

Not vitamins alone: First your vitamin does not contain natural vitamin e. They use the synthetic form: dl-tocopherol rather than natural d-tocopherol. This makes a difference in how well your body can use it. Second, vitamins alone are not sufficient treatment for anxiety. You could benefit by also seeking out a therapist for evaluation, and cognitive behavioral or other therapy for anxiety. It works. Be well.
