You bet!: Having sex but not ejaculating is probably the "withdrawal" method of birth control: ejaculating outside the vagina. What do you call people who use this birth control method? Parents! some people can do this successfully without pregnancy, but failure is common. Couples using withdrawal have a 40% chance of pregnancy over the course of a year.

Probably not: If he did not ejaculate then he could not be responsible for a conception. Sex three days before ovulation would actually be good timing for a conception to occur as a result. The sperm can stay alive and be fertile for up to six days.

Pregnancy: She could get pregnant from either person. Even without ejaculation you could get sperm in the preejaculate.
