See a doctor: At this point i would recommend visiting a doctor. They have very sensitive blood tests and may also want to use an ultrasound depending on your symptoms.

Urine pregnancy: Tests are very accurate so i doubt it's pregnancy. You may not be ovulationg regularly. If no menses in 3 months a workup for "secondary ammennorea" is recommended. In most cases it's easy to manage. Good luck, even if you have irregular ovulation it doesn't mean you will not be able to get pregnant so try not to worry too much. Good luck.
