Having all symptoms of pregnancy including 2 missed periods but home urine tests are negative, could we still be pregnant ?

See a doctor: At this point i would recommend visiting a doctor. They have very sensitive blood tests and may also want to use an ultrasound depending on your symptoms.

Urine pregnancy: Tests are very accurate so i doubt it's pregnancy. You may not be ovulationg regularly. If no menses in 3 months a workup for "secondary ammennorea" is recommended. In most cases it's easy to manage. Good luck, even if you have irregular ovulation it doesn't mean you will not be able to get pregnant so try not to worry too much. Good luck.

Of course: If the circumstances are right, you need to be checked further with a blood test.
