Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): At divided doses throuout daytime & as prescribed & well tolerated, no. Any concerns u have, discuss with your doc.

Not if doc prescribe: If your doctor prescribed a smaller dose that did not have positive effect, and increased slowly to 60 mg without an excessively rapid heart rate or high blood pressure, than it should not be dangerous.
