Growth in teens: If you are more than two years out from when you started your periods, it is unlikely you will have any more significant growth. The growth plates in the bones close up about 2-3 years after the onset of your periods, so little growth after that is likely.

Probably Not: At 17, most females should have reached maximum height. A simple long bone x-ray can evaluate the growth plates, but i would not recommend it. If there are concerns about your height, see your doctor.
