Dehydration: Just mild fluid loss. Drink plenty of fluids after giving blood.

Dehydration: Likely an indicator of the body recruiting fluid from the tissues to make up for the volume lost by donation. Should indicate you need to drink more fluids to recoop. Thanks for donating!
