Doesn't matter: If that is the only abnormal lab value, it doesn't matter. You don't try to fix the co2 specifically (unless it's severely abnormal in which case you'd probably be in the hospital). Other things like renal or lung function affect the co2. Thiamine won't specifically fix it.
